Refund Policy

1. Overview

Adsaga.ai uses a credit-based, pay-as-you-go model. You buy credits, run workflows, and credits are deducted automatically based on usage. There is no mandatory subscription.

2. Pay-as-you-go credits

• Buy when you need: you can add credits anytime. There is no requirement to keep a recurring plan.
• Flexible amounts: you may purchase the minimum credit quantity available at checkout. You are not forced to buy a large bundle.
• Credits do not expire: purchased and unused credits remain available in your account until you use them. There is no expiry date.
• Account-linked: credits belong to the purchasing account and are not transferable unless Adsaga.ai gives written approval.

3. How credits are used

• When you run lead discovery, verification, enrichment, or other workflows, the applicable credit cost is deducted from your available balance.
• You do not pay an additional Adsaga.ai usage fee beyond the credits deducted for that workflow.
• Any taxes or third-party payment processing charges will be shown at checkout before you complete payment.
• Once credits are used for a workflow, those credits cannot be restored or converted back to cash.

4. Refunds

All credit purchases are final. After credits are purchased and added to your account:

• the payment is non-refundable;
• credits cannot be exchanged for cash;
• purchased credits must be used through Adsaga.ai services.

5. Billing errors

If you believe a payment was duplicated or made without your authorization, contact us promptly at adsaga.ai@gmail.com. We will review verified billing errors. This does not create a general right to a refund for purchased credits.

6. Policy changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of paid features after an update means you accept the revised terms.
